The holidays just started for the local schools thus signaling the start of a short break for my current job. The last and foremost assignment I had was to assist in doing 3D animation which I am pretty much not competent in doing. And to learn a new 3D program from scratch in a short period is not easy. But luckily, 1 semester of laggy Maya usage has taught me patience and much of the basic of modeling and animation.
Thus I went to learn from my colleague on this software called Cinema 4d which is said to have been used to create the movie Polar Express. So we went through the software and one of the objects the student had to create was a basic wine glass. I did mine at home and after a few hours of re-modeling and tweaking, I got mine out. Pretty satisfied with it but more could be done of course. But I would just say the program is very memory-efficient( i can multi-task quite a few programs without much problems ).
